🌪️ In the context of climate change and global energy crisis, renewable energy has become a core factor for sustainable development. However, not only stopping at the energy industry, renewable energy also has a profound impact on many different fields, from industry, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, architecture to tourism. Center for Development of Community Initiative and Environment (C&E) would like to send you a newsletter summarizing the main points from the lecture by Associate Professor, Dr. Le Anh Tuan at the TOT 2024 training course – Renewable Energy and Net zero/Zero carbon.

💚 The TOT 2024 training course on Renewable Energy and Net zero/Zero carbon was organized by the C&E Center in collaboration with Duy Tan University from June 15-18 in Da Nang, aiming to promote the integration of the content “Renewable Energy and Zero Carbon/Energy Transition” into university and college education programs. The program aims to support C&E’s education partners in building capacity and training resources for programs on energy transition, towards the goal of Net Zero – reducing emissions to zero and promoting sustainable development, as well as addressing climate change.

❇️ Through the annual Train the Trainer course, C&E collaborates with experts to introduce courses on energy transition and sustainable energy sources and impart knowledge on the multi-disciplinary challenges associated with the social transition towards low carbon emissions. After each annual training course, the trainers will apply this knowledge and skills to the curriculum for students in an appropriate way in the classroom and practice.
