7:30 AM, Nov 7, 2012, the opening ceremony of “Plastic Bag – A Danger of Environment and Health” Champaign took place at Đặng Dung secondary school. Many representatives and delegates from People’s Committee of Quảng Điền district, Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology Association (HUSTA), Hue’s Women Union, NAV/NCA, C&E Center attended the ceremony. A myriad number of local people living in Sia Town, teachers and students of Dang Dung Secondary School also took part in the ceremony.
