In order to strengthen capacity for project directors providing them knowledge, skills and experience in mobilizing the communities in project’s

SEF produces a quarterly newsletter to communicate to its grantees and interested organizations and individuals about updates from field projects, best practices, and relevant information. From 2006, the newsletter has been renovated in a new format with the official title “The Connections” (in Vietnamese: Ket Noi). Below are published issues of the newsletter in Vietnamese language. Please notice that SEF does not publish the English version of this newsletter.

Up to now, there were seven AG meetings, three in Ha Noi April 8- 9, May 6, 2006 and May 24, 2007, and three others in Hoi An July 27-28; Vinh- Nghe An December 17-18, 2006; Phu Quoc – Kien Giang March 16-18, 2007 and in Hue July 21-22, 2007.

NGOs, CBOs, and other CSOs e.g. users’ groups, groups of individuals of the same interests, clubs, small cooperatives, village communities, schools, and etc.
