ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The new Project Sustainable Food with 6 partners: Hello Youth Sweden, Mine Vaganit NGO Italy, Faal Dernegi Turkey, Center for Development of Community Initiative and Environment Vietnam, VSA Thailand and Aswaaz India aim to enhances cooperation among Europe and Asia in the entrepreneurial exploitation of the opportunities displayed by Food sustainability as well as in the concrete pursuit of environment priorities

The aforementioned main aim will be pursued through exchange of good practices and transnational cooperation functional to production of training format supporting youth operators in the regions involved in the transfer of entrepreneurial competences sustainable food business to young people.

Topics of training:

  • Youth sector good practices in the environmental field at the national level
  • Overview of the Challenge of Environmental Sustainability (Global Perspective)
  • Food and Sustainability, Non formal Education Simulations on Environmental Issues and Sustainability
  • Introducing the Entrepreneurial Dimension of Environmental Sustainability (Presentation of Good Practices)
  • Sustainable Food and Business (Existing types of Sustainable Food Businesses and Presentation of Good Practices)
  • Skills and Competences of Entrepreneurs working in the field of Sustainable Food
  • Exploring instruments and practices of Food Sustainability
  • Digital instruments and Sustainable Food Business
  • Development of tools enhancing Environmental awareness and Sustainable Food Business competences for testing in transnational Youth Exchange

PLACEMENT

The program will take place on 18-25 May 2019 in Sassari, Italy

BENEFIT

REQUIREMENT

  1. Able to communicate in English (both oral presentation and witting)
  2. Must be under 35 Years old
  3. Interested in food sustainability:
  4. Experience in fields related to Sustainable-Food such as food business, farm, start a business about food, etc.
  5. Can join the activity until the end of the project

PROGRAM FEE

The cost that the applicant is responsible for: 3.000.000 VND (about 115 EUR) registration fee confirmed after being selected (Not returned)

Pay registration fee (Not being refunded) to confirm and express the intention to participate in the activity (Due to frequent unsubstantiated cancellation events)

The program fee will cover:

  • The project supports visa expenses, round-trip from Hanoi- Vietnam to Sassari Italy
  • Accommodation during placement period
  • Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Excluded: Transportation fee from your home to Noi Bai International Airport, the project is not comprehensive. Personal expenses, snacks, alcohol, souvenirs and others that are not related to the project.

The cost that the applicant must reserve:

Visa fee: Bring proof of payment, receipt for visa fee, copy of visa page. To receive visa fees after joining the event

(In case of canceling the event after being selected or cannot join until the end of the activity Will not receive all the expenses that the applicant must reserve)

4 April 2019 announced the selection results

5 April 2019 The selected person confirms the participation. (If not confirmed, it is considered a waiver. And reserve the right to be selected in the next order)

5 April – 5 May 2019 Visa operation

6-17 May 2019 Prepare to travel

18-25 May 2019 Participating in Sustainable Food training activities in Italy
